“Since she was a young girl, Kinda Touma, knew that she would one day be a fashion designer and have her own line going. Her first sketches shows her creativity and talent. She studied architecture in her home town Aleppo, but fashion was always there inside of her, after she graduate from the architecture University of Aleppo, and fueled by her passion for the arts, she flew to Boston and studied at The the School of Fashion Design. Recently her background design won the East meet West competition at the International Fashion Academy of Paris. Her designs are chic, elegant, strong, edgy, and always feminine, and her style of combining sharp tailoring with elegant and sexy femininity was immediately apparent in her first collection and had a great response from the customers. in 2011 she started doing custom dresses for proms, in 2012 she launched her first ready to wear collection, and got great response. Her achievement got reconnection internationally and locally, she was awarded by the international fashion academy of Paris, recognized by the globe, 7 news and Boston symphony, her work was worn by contestant for miss Massachusetts and miss united state, her work was featured in a lot of local magazines such as linger and the Boston common, and was the cover for fashion and fame magazine and recently she was awarded the Boston Fashion award for the couture and formal wear. Her Motto in Life: Do it with passion or don't do it at all.
